We are grateful for the excellent service we've received from Heads. John M and Kyler D have been fantastic in caring for our AC units since their installation. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and friendly approach have made us feel like a part of their family.

It's comforting to know we can rely on them for all our HVAC needs.

Currently, I am under Warranty with the Heating/ Cooling system that was offered with our "Adams", Home. The office services with Melissa, Meagan, Jenny, and, Tammy have been great when scheduling preventative maintenance services in both the Winter and Spring to uphold the WarrantiesTerms and Conditions. The preventative maintenance fees are reasonably priced. Technical services received by Deveaos are repeatedly good when keeping our unit functioning in the most grueling weather conditions. We are happy with the Company and the Services we receive.

Always helpful, have caught a few minor things requiring attention. Our serviceman Deceivious is always informative and friendly!

Words can't do justice for the marvelous job that was done when we received our new Carrier. Joe came so quickly the day before Christmas Eve and diagnosed our old Carrier that was well over 20 years. He explained what was wrong with the old unit and proceeded to fill us in on all the advantages of a new unit . He explained pricing, warranties, and special advantages to a new unit Financing was well explained and it gave us so many options to choose from. We selected what fit our situation and signed the appropriate papers. All digitally!
Wonderful!Then, we were given window units to carry us through Christmas Eve and installation time. Boy ,was that a welcome cooling idea.
Dec.26 was the best day. We had John and his guys to come and install the exterior and indoor units. John was knowledgeable and stuck with the job until finished. He helped get the inside drain pipe properly fixed so I will be able to pour my white vinegar and hot water every 30 days. The original one was placed touching the pipe above so that no one could have tended to the unit. John cut and extended it. He knew exactly what to do..and did so within a few minutes..
These two guys, Joe and John were so professional and mannerly and just plain excellent at promoting the product, explanation of use, squaring away paperwork involved in purchase, and dealing with consumers . It was a pleasant experience. We could ask questions and they patiently answered all of them . God bless these two gentlemen and Heads...they know their stuff! Mr.and Mrs. Gandy 12/29/25

Heads has been a life saver over the past 2 years. you can always count on them . One of the most professional techs you will ever meet is Deveais. He takes care of us and I know he loves what he does. A definite asset to Heads.

Mary came to do a flow check on our DR Horton home and was able to adjust the airflow to divert more air to the far side of the house. Wow what a great job she did very professional she explained what she did and what it should do for us. This was done under home warranty so I can't comment on price but what ever it is I would highly recommend it ots worth it.

Joe is very professional. Assisted with determining the most efficient, cost effective HVAC system for my home. He was very patient setting up and syncing my ‘smart’ thermostat for me. I couldn’t have asked for better service!

Kyler was awesome! He listened to the issues I observed and after he had diagnosed the problem he was very prompt in making the repair. He is a class act!

I turned to Heads HVAC after learning that my AC was about 26 years old and was cooling my attic instead of my house. I spoke to Josie and Megan who were both super nice and VERY helpful. They made sure that I was there in the loop during the entire process. Joseph worked with me and my partner to make sure we understood the process and how their services work. Hank and his guys came out and were super respectful (even when being screamed at by a cat who wanted attention). Overall Heads HVAC is the place to go when it comes to getting stuff done. Big thanks to Megan and Josie especially as they were always reaching out to me to check in

Head's Heating and Air is a great organization. They installed my heating and air unit when my home was built and have been very professional and easy to work with ever since. I had an issue just today with my air conditioner because on neglected to keep my drain clean. I got home and had no air so I called the office in Theodore and the dispatcher had Joe, the technician call me and we worked it out over the phone without him having to make a trip over here to fix what was pretty much a simple problem. How many companies would do that for you? Joe was incredibly helpful, understanding and patientin taking the necessary steps to get my hair going again. Very good guy and an asset to his company! Thanks Heads and Joe!

Joe, our service guy, informed us of the mold growing in our old system and helped us get this new Carrier along with an air purifier. He is very knowledgeable about everything AC. There’s not been a question he couldn’t answer. The installation team, Hank, Jacob and AJ did an excellent job, professional, efficient and quickly on one of the hottest days we’ve had. Then Joe made a special trip back the next week to check out the system and explain to us the details of operating the new digital thermostat. Service beyond the ordinary throughout the process!! Thank you guys!!

I talked with a young lady by the name of Josie who was able to help me with the paperwork and financing. There were 3 young men who came out and removed my old AC unit and installed the new one. That was Jacob, Troy and Hank. They were efficient and worked well together. They were able to get our new unit installed and gassed up with the new freon that they have to use. The new unit cools really well and doesn’t run nearly as much as the old unit and it’s a lot quieter. The new unit also cools the house down and faster. So far I love it.

The service visit was professional and all services were explained in detail.

The technicians have all been first-rate, friendly, and informative. They are on-time and respectful. We highly recommend Head's.
