We have had Head's as our heating & air service for over 7 years now. They are excellent! Our technician, Deveai, is awesome. He is so knowledgeable, thorough, efficient & courteous. You can't beat the maintenance agreement--which gets you a complete system check in the spring & in the fall. Highly recommend.

The Tech has completed our service a number of times. Although I don't know his name, he does great work every time. He replaced our Capacitor this time.

Heads is here when they say. I have confidence that they are servicing my unit to keep it running smoothly.

We always have a great experience with Head's. We have them come out twice a year to check out the unit. When we first bought this house we had a problem with it blowing the low voltage fuse. The warranty was running out and Deveals Williams stayed here until 9:00 PM to find the problem ,fixed the problem and went on another call in Mobile. That is what I call service at it's best.

Friendly and customer focused staff, the Technician was prompt and very professional. We've been a customer for over 5 years and recommended them if you want great service.

We are very pleased with the maintenance program with Head's. Our HVAC system works well, year round with their twice a year check/maintenance & the techs are always polite & professional.

Mr. Miller was on time. He inspected my new installation and didn’t find any problems. He was real patient with me trying to set up my thermostats. He treated me more like family than a customer. I think he is an asset to your company.

We had a lightening strike and it burned up some of our A/C ducts and blew black smoke all in the house. Thanks to Joe Miller who got us on the books right away to be fixed !! Lenny and Terry had us up and running in no time! Very professional and we’re very pleasant to have around!! Thank you guy so much … it is too hot here to not have A/C! Oh and they brought us window units for the house so we could stay cool in the meantime !!!

Great service and excellent communication

I’ve had them do more than a couple things for me from new construction to service calls. They have always been prompt and a fair price. Melissa Bower takes care of her customers! Make sure to give them a shot if you need HVAC work done.

Most sincere company about their work. So very kind,willing,to go what ever the xtra mile is to get customer cared for. Jacob K and Hank B, worked till job was completed. Picked up all parts,trash etc from property. Respected the property , explained thermostat. Office, Melissa B was very accommodating with writting up my order as well as juggling it when I needed her to tweak it. Thank you all !

It was 80° in the house last night, an indicator that the air conditioning was not working. Called up Head's Heating and Air Conditioning this morning, and they had a technician at our doorstep in the early afternoon. Fabulous service by Kyler. Had us up and cool in no time. Highly recommend Head's!

Called Heads for maintenance check. Joe came out and explained everything and spent time going through all my options. Very nice and will not hesitate to call them again.

I called head's heating & Air conditioning out to troubleshoot my condenser unit and they promptly responded to my request. Originally Kyler came and evaluated the unit and provided I quick diagnostics to the on going issue. He was cordial and quick with the solution, unfortunately the repair could not be completed that day due to weather conditions. Terry and Lenny followed up the next day to repair the unit. When they arrived they were both very cordial and professional, I opted to get the unit replaced instead of being repaired since the unit was getting up there in the years. They promptly replaced the unit and hung around to make sure the unit operated properly. Definitely A+ service.

Tech arrive when he said he would. Called to tell me he was headed my way and would be here in about 20 minutes. Very professional.

Head's Heating and Air has been our service provider for a few yrs now. Having the service plan is the way to go. The technicians that come out to service our unit have been trained by the best. The transparency, efficiency, and excellent customer service is 5 star rating.
