Technician was knowledgeable and quick with his work.

Kyle took care of our issue with minimum time for verification of what solution was needed. He replaced the thermostat that was installed with the new system less then a year ago. When asked, he verified then told me that they could restart the years warranty for the thermostat. I also let him know that I understood when we had the new HVAC system installed that we were to receive a one year service contract but had not heard anything about it since. He then verified that I was correct and let me know that the office would be contacting me the following Monday to schedule our first appointment. WE HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY CALLS FROM HEAD'S ABOUT THIS SERVICE AGREEMENT!

Kyle Davis was the tech on the job. He did a fabulous job and was extremely knowledgeable on my system.

Temperature in our office this morning was over 80. Called Head's and two hours later a technician, Joe Miller had our unit cooling again. Also provided us with several suggestions to keep our unit running better and longer. Can't go wrong when you call Mr. Miller. He is very friendly and professional.

Excellent prompt service!

We're on year 5 with HEAD's and have had excellent service. Recently, our property was hit by lightning, and we lost our HVAC. I called for emergency service and the Team arrived in record time. It was not an easy fix but, they worked relentlessly over the next few days. The electrical issues were overwhelming slowing down any diagnosis. They have always been on time, always professional, always kind. The ladies in the office keep it all under control; thank you to Megan, Tammy, and Josie. The guys have been to work on very hot days and still never slow down; thank you to Devious, John, Hank, Jacob, William and Joe. A local company that will always be who we call.

On June 6 Kyle performed our scheduled biannual service. Kyle is familiar with our system and performed the service quickly and efficiently. Good job Kyle and good job HEADS.

Joe Miller diagnosed and fixed my issues with my A/C very quickly, especially since we were sweltering in this heat!!! It was an immediate relief. Joe was very professional, knowledge, and friendly. Heads replaced our entire unit, inside and out, top to bottom. My experience started with someone recommending to have an evaluation done. Kimberly's input and assistance was priceless. Money well spent. When we got our quote from Head's we were so surprised. Even had them double check it.
The TEAM that came out worked tirelessly for a few days. It was a taskful job as we have an older home.
My mother had Sears install the old unit and it was not installed properly and had done much damage to the floor. These guys came in and cleaned everything up. Got the closet ready. Put their new unit in and we've been pleased. They even recommended a whole house dehumidifier, a must here in the South.
Once the unit was installed they had another team come out and make sure that it was working properly and efficiently. It was just amazing to watch this TEAM work. Thank you! Chris and Mary for working so tirelessly to make it efficient.
The entire process was pretty much stressless, even writing the check.
Thank You Head's TEAM! You guys made this part of our renovation a cool breeze.

We always have a great experience with Head's. We have them come out twice a year to check out the unit. When we first bought this house we had a problem with it blowing the low voltage fuse. The warranty was running out and Deveals Williams stayed here until 9:00 PM to find the problem ,fixed the problem and went on another call in Mobile. That is what I call service at it's best.
