I called head's heating & Air conditioning out to troubleshoot my condenser unit and they promptly responded to my request. Originally Kyler came and evaluated the unit and provided I quick diagnostics to the on going issue. He was cordial and quick with the solution, unfortunately the repair could not be completed that day due to weather conditions. Terry and Lenny followed up the next day to repair the unit. When they arrived they were both very cordial and professional, I opted to get the unit replaced instead of being repaired since the unit was getting up there in the years. They promptly replaced the unit and hung around to make sure the unit operated properly. Definitely A+ service.

Tech arrive when he said he would. Called to tell me he was headed my way and would be here in about 20 minutes. Very professional.

Head's Heating and Air has been our service provider for a few yrs now. Having the service plan is the way to go. The technicians that come out to service our unit have been trained by the best. The transparency, efficiency, and excellent customer service is 5 star rating.

Joe came out on a Sunday quickly diagnosed problem and problem solved the situation to keep us going until parts arrive. Very professional and quality work.

We had a lightening strike and it burned up some of our A/C ducts and blew black smoke all in the house. Thanks to Joe Miller who got us on the books right away to be fixed !! Lenny and Terry had us up and running in no time! Very professional and we’re very pleasant to have around!! Thank you guy so much … it is too hot here to not have A/C! Oh and they brought us window units for the house so we could stay cool in the meantime !!!

Extremely knowledgeable, very quickly identified problem and trace out circuit. Had replacement parts on truck for quick turnaround. Head’s H & A will be my go to from now on.

Joe Miller came to our rescue today, Saturday. After many issues with the system shutting down due to water backup & service techs coming cleaning, drying & good to go for a short while, Joe was the only one who came in immediately and looked behind the filter to see what would cause this reoccurring problem. Due to improper installation and after much replumbing the system has been running smoothly. He was professional, knowledgeable and thorough. His experience shines and he a great asset to Heads HVAC.

Contacted Heads recently about an outside AC problem and their technician, Devious, arrived the next day. He quickly resolved the issue. Devious has always provided professional and meticulous service, answered and given recommendations on technical questions and basically gone the extra mile to insure satisfactory results. He is the reason we rely on Heads for all of our HVAV needs.

Our AC had flipped the breaker over the weekend and Joe came out today to check it all out. There were no repairs needed but he did give us some much needed education about taking care of our unit and living in South Alabama. He was awesome! We would definitely recommend Head’s!!

Kyler came out today to fix our upstairs AC. As normal, he did a great job looking at the unit inside and outside, and he fixed the unit right away. We are so very grateful for his professionalism, knowledge base, and sheer kindness. Kyler is a cheerful soul who makes me feel special anytime he gets to visit our home. I HIGHLY recommend Head's.

Did you know about Joe?If you didn’t lemme tell you about this lifesaver. My ac was dead, like more dead than my kids hamster than “ran away” last year. Anyway, I did the best I could at troubleshooting what I could while waiting for a call back. When Joe called, his soothing voice calmed me. He needs to be a phone operator by the way. Regardless he called and talked me off the edge, told me what was simply wrong with my unit based off what I found and BAM. Saved me hundreds of dollars, hours of Satans heat and made my family cool again ON FATHERS DAY!You’ve got a lifetime customer now. Thank you Joe. Give him a raise also. He needs it

Called the company after-hours number(Friday night) three times over 5 1/2 hours till we received a call back from their on-call technician, Joe. Once he had been alerted to our a/c urgency (89 degrees in our home), he came and diagnosed our issue. A new a/c would be needed as ours was 21 years old and frozen up. But he was able to get the fan working to bring temperature down to a reasonable level for us to get some sleep. He scheduled new a/c installation for Monday morning. Joe was remarkable, helpful , and very pleasant, especially considering he was making this call after 10 pm. Thank you so much!

Joe Miller did an exceptional jpb addressing the issue with the sir conditioner. He also provided several significant suggestions to improve keeping the house cool and protecting my family from bacteria/viruses which I plan to use. Thanks so much Joe; you are a great service rep.

Joe has been servicing my home for about 10 years. He was with another company when he started servicing my home. There was no question that I wouldn’t follow him when he told me was going to be working for Head’s. He is very knowledgeable,courteous,dependable and dedicated to his profession. He is very affectionate with my dog whenever he is servicing my home. He has given me several cost saving tips with my HVAC unit. I would highly recommend him to service your home. I only ask for Joe when I need service.
