It was 80° in the house last night, an indicator that the air conditioning was not working. Called up Head's Heating and Air Conditioning this morning, and they had a technician at our doorstep in the early afternoon. Fabulous service by Kyler. Had us up and cool in no time. Highly recommend Head's!

Heads has been a life saver over the past 2 years. you can always count on them . One of the most professional techs you will ever meet is Deveais. He takes care of us and I know he loves what he does. A definite asset to Heads.

Mary McFall came out to balance our new system! She was fast, efficient and this company is lucky to have her as an employee!

Joe, our service guy, informed us of the mold growing in our old system and helped us get this new Carrier along with an air purifier. He is very knowledgeable about everything AC. There’s not been a question he couldn’t answer. The installation team, Hank, Jacob and AJ did an excellent job, professional, efficient and quickly on one of the hottest days we’ve had. Then Joe made a special trip back the next week to check out the system and explain to us the details of operating the new digital thermostat. Service beyond the ordinary throughout the process!! Thank you guys!!

I talked with a young lady by the name of Josie who was able to help me with the paperwork and financing. There were 3 young men who came out and removed my old AC unit and installed the new one. That was Jacob, Troy and Hank. They were efficient and worked well together. They were able to get our new unit installed and gassed up with the new freon that they have to use. The new unit cools really well and doesn’t run nearly as much as the old unit and it’s a lot quieter. The new unit also cools the house down and faster. So far I love it.

The service visit was professional and all services were explained in detail.

The technicians have all been first-rate, friendly, and informative. They are on-time and respectful. We highly recommend Head's.

Our HVAC system works just fine. It's better than the one we had replaced. The crew that installed it worked tirelessly and quietly. They were friendly and explained some features. Joe came out to explain in more detail and I could understand what he told me. Every one was professional. The thermostat is interesting and fun to set each morning and night.

Also the office staff were so nice and easy to work with. We had plassent conversations through out the whole time.

Jennifer Bowyer was awesome assisting Ms. Mary McFall. They worked great together and Jenny didn’t complain at all about the unpleasant job in the attic during 100 degree weather. Go Ladies, can’t thank y’all enough!!

Highly recommend Heads!!! Kris is amazing. The whole crew honestly. The office staff is sweet and quick to respond. We have a new build that we’ve had to have them come out a couple times and it has been an absolute breeze!!

Called on the weekend. Service Tech came out within 2 hours and fixed the problem. He called and notified me of an estimate time of arrival, and again when heading to my home. Very good service.

Joe Miller from Heads AC and heating arrived to do my annual maintenance. He called to let me know he was on his way and would be hear in about 30 minutes. He checked the outside unit and said everything was ok. He went into the attic and poured a solution down the drain and replaced the filter. Heads installed all the original units in this neighborhood. This house was built in 2015 and we have continued to use Heads since then. Joe was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly.

Joe came in and quickly diagnosed our problem. He had our air up and running within minutes. While there he also addressed another issue that should have been handled by a previous tech. We can not say enough good things about Joe's professionalism, friendliness and knowledgeable service.

The technician found wires cut and fixed the issue, then within the week the air conditioner had another issue the end cap of the interior sensor wire was missing. Everything was fixed and replaced. We are thankful for their superior service and support . Everything is working absolutely perfectly.

First and foremost I like to thanks Heads for sending out Mary McFall and Jennifer Bowyer to my home today to check out my air flow on my AC First they arrived on time explained what they were going to do answering any questions as they came up and explained what they found after they were finished and how to get the best results out of my ac and heating system. Again I like to say thanks and I give them 10 stars 5 is not enough 😊

Jennifer Bowyer was really professional and knowledgeable of what she was doing. She explained of what was wrong and they fixed it and it run properly now.

Joe came out for a service call. He easily identified the problem and got the air up and running pull he informed me of the coils outside being dirty causing air flow issues.

Our sevice technician was awesome! He explained everything and got us back up and running quickly!

Our AC stopped working late Sunday afternoon! Joe called us and tried to help us troubleshoot over the phone first. (Which we appreciated in case it was a minor issue we were overlooking!). We ended up having to replace a part, but he got that done quickly and we had cool air flowing in no time! Thanks Joe!!!! 🙌🏻

We were so impressed at how quickly Heads responded to us while our air conditioning went out while we were on vacation. Joe, their repair tech contacted us very quickly after we called in, and was out to fix it within a couple hours! It is wonderful to do business with such a customer friendly company!

Joe Miller was Very Professional thank you!!!

My HVAC quit working one evening during this heat.
The HVAC from Heads Heating and Air Conditioning and it was after hours when I called them.
My call was quickly returned at 10:30 that evening by Joe Miller.
They offered to come out that evening but stated I could wait until working hours.
Joe Miller came right out the next morning and within 15 minutes it was up and running.
Heads are a great team to have for your Heating and Air service.

Great customer service. My first introduction to anything related to the process of building a house so had many scheduling problems but they worked with it perfectly. All were very helpful and responsive, but most importantly all were very positive so that energy was highly appreciated. 10/10

Semi annual AC inspection and service.

We've had some "sweating" issues but they are taking care of it.

Heads replaced our entire unit, inside and out, top to bottom. My experience started with someone recommending to have an evaluation done. Kimberly's input and assistance was priceless. Money well spent. When we got our quote from Head's we were so surprised. Even had them double check it.
The TEAM that came out worked tirelessly for a few days. It was a taskful job as we have an older home.
My mother had Sears install the old unit and it was not installed properly and had done much damage to the floor. These guys came in and cleaned everything up. Got the closet ready. Put their new unit in and we've been pleased. They even recommended a whole house dehumidifier, a must here in the South.
Once the unit was installed they had another team come out and make sure that it was working properly and efficiently. It was just amazing to watch this TEAM work. Thank you! Chris and Mary for working so tirelessly to make it efficient.
The entire process was pretty much stressless, even writing the check.

We had the unfortunate luck of a bad compressor in a new AC unit (new house). However, the experience with Heads was remarkable. From Josie and Megan to John and the guys who came over & installed a window unit to keep my pups and I cool. The customer service was amazing. After doing all that on a Friday afternoon, they were able to come out After 5pm Friday evening and install a whole new unit so we wouldn't be hot all weekend. Incredible service for your customers. Thank you all!

This recent AC replacement was disappointing on a few instances but the company came through and made things right and completed the job with professional results.
